The cancellation policy within the new terms and conditions are in association with the Austrian hotel industry.
In case of cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the agreed price.
In case of cancellation from 1 month to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the agreed price.
In the final week before day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the agreed price.
In the event of early departure, we will charge 90%.
In the case of an already made deposit and remittance, an amount of € 30,00 will be charged.
